feat(comment-cards): 카드 PNG 파일 저장(다운로드) 버튼 추가

캡컷은 클립보드 이미지 붙여넣기를 못 받아 파일 불러오기가 필요 → 카드별 '⬇ 저장' 버튼으로
PNG 다운로드 제공. 저장 버튼은 cc-noexport+modern-screenshot filter로 캡처 이미지에서 제외.
카드 클릭=클립보드 복사는 유지.
